This is how we approached the challenges around the inefficiencies with the traditional fishing practices in the Kenyan coast; the responses to work-place injury emergencies at Port handling facilities; and the fleet management of a logistics company handling perishable agricultural produce.

Guided by this mission, Larice Ltd was formed in March, 2019 to help organizations deliver value to their partners and customers. We were pioneers in using Microsoft Kaizala in implementing collaboration solutions for our customers.
